John Holley

John Holley has been a creator for most of his life - starting in the back row of 10th grade Algebra class. He earned a degree in English from the University of Charlotte and has built a diverse and accomplished writing and training career. His work spans print, television, and digital media, and covers both fiction and nonfiction.

Beyond his new novel, This Christmas, John has written in the health and wellness genre, chronicled the history of NASCAR, reviewed restaurants, created marketing campaigns, penned poetry, published short stories, and created numerous cookbooks. Whether he’s exploring the heart of American culture or writing about health, mindfulness, or everyday life, his storytelling is grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for the human experience.

John brings a passion for healthy living and a sense of humor to his work, which is apparent during his appearances on television and podcasts, in person and when he writes for numerous platforms, including his website www.johnholley.com. Notable appearances include those on Better at Midday, Talk of the Town, the Breakthrough Health Summit and as the trainer with the Men’s Health Get Healthy Tour.
